On the way out

Today's ride-out was to Robinson's Foundry in Canterbury to have a test ride on a possible purchase of a new "main" bike.

Although the Kettle is a marvellous bike it is not really suitable to every day riding and even long distance trips.

Today with the choke engaged Suzi started first stab of the button. I got Claire to take a photo and even a video as I rode away.

The video is quite short but is a good likeness!

It's nice to have something of you riding the bike!  I am amazed that with the choke engaged that there is little smoke.

Suzi ran well all the way to Canterbury and back. A total of about 43 miles today. Another step towards the 500 mile running-in goal.
